Navin Nambiar
Managing Director

Navin Nambiar is the Managing Director of the X-League and is responsible for the overall running of the company. He was most recently an Account Director at Cohn & Wolfe XPR, Singapore's largest independent public relations and digital communications agency, where he provided clients with high-level strategic counsel and media relations strategies amongst other communications activities.

Navin has worked with some of the most reputable brands in the public relations industry, in particular LG (All divisions), Motorola Mobility, Sony and BMW having shown significant contributions in growing the respected brand's awareness. Besides this, Navin has also provided clients with high-level strategic counsel and media relations strategy for companies such as MINI, Performance Motors, Lockheed Martin, NCS, Fair Isaac, BEA Systems and Aigner. His dedication and perseverance to excel landed him Fleishman-Hillard's coveted Team Player of the year award for the Singapore branch in 2007.

Apart from his professional career, Navin has been actively involved in the sports scene in Singapore. Prior to embarking on his public relations career, Navin plied his trade as semi-professional football player with Jurong FC, an S-League Club in 1999. He was also an active Class 2 Referee with the Football Association of Singapore between 2003 and 2010 and has refereed many high profile National Football League matches. He is also the former Editor of the Singapore Spurs Supporters Club (SSSC), the only Official Tottenham Hotspur (English Premier League) Fan Club in South East Asia.

Navin graduated from Oklahoma City University, USA in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications.

Lars Voedisch
League Advisor

Lars Voedisch is an established expert and trusted adviser in Strategic Communications, including Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management, Journalism, as well as Knowledge and Change Management.

He has worked with renowned global and regional brands like AT&T, Coca Cola, DBS, DHL, Fidelity, Honda, ING, Macquarie, Panasonic, Procter & Gamble, Telstra as well as government and communications agencies.

His passion for sports has been matched with exciting projects such as the 2006 FIFA World Cup which was held in Germany, Formula One, the NBA as well as the Lion's Rugby Tour to New Zealand. He is a passionate football player and supporter of his hometown's Bundesliga team Hannover 96.

Morales Menon
Operations & Finance Manager

Morales Menon is responsible for the day to day operations of the X-League and is also in charge of all financial aspects of the company. Known as the heart-beat of the company, he oversees the recruitment of teams and is the go to person for all team managers with regards to payment schemes and options.

He was actively involved in setting up the Stadio, a premier Futsal venue based in Singapore where he served as Operations Manager from 2008-2009.

A former National U17 & 18 footballer, Morales was an integral part of Singapore's famous Lion City Cup winning side in 2004 coached by former national footballing legend V.Sundramoorthy.

He has also been an active and disciplined Referee with the Football Association of Singapore since 2008 and hopes to one day achieve his FIFA refereeing badge.

Nitin Nambiar
Marketing & Events

Nitin Nambiar, commonly known as Singapore's "Walking Dictionary of Football", is responsible for marketing the X-League brand as well as running its corporate and social football events. A Mass Communications graduate from Oklahoma City University, Nitin first gained his nickname in 2008 by making it to the Finals of ESPN's Asian football quiz show "Kick-Off" working with footballing legends Les Ferdinand and Lee Sharpe. He further established his reputation in May 2010, when he beat 12 others to win Singtel mio Stadiums "THE FANATIC" competition representing his favourite team, Tottenham Hotspur. COYS!

Jack Whiskin
Marketing & Events

Jack Whiskin is responsible for marketing the X-League brand and the running of all corporate and social football events. Boasting years of IT project management experience, Jack is also a former Semi-Professional with Gravesend & Northfleet in the English Conference. In 2010, he emerged the winner of Carlsberg Singapore's World Cup Football Challenge.

In his spare time, Jack doubles up as part of the organizing committee for the Singapore Cricket Club's International Twenty20 tournament. He is a die hard Chelsea Fan!
