USSR took the initiative thru t89 GKs error
and then another error thru a, in penalty box free kick due to t89 gk picking up a throw to him
t89 scored to make it 1-2 but a missed penalty by t89 supposedly best player put paid to it

start t89 went all out for equalizer which they got 2-2 but was short lived
a mistake by t89 left back caused a penalty and USSR made it 3-2
another hesitation 5 mins later by t89 cback let USSR 4-2
with 20mins left t89 pushed all they could to score if possible 1 goal at atime
which they did close it 3-4 then 4-4
t89 was elated to draw but in a last min corner kick
cb gerald went up and a perfect ball to his head to result in a last min grasp goal
for a most remarkable comeback and a much deserved win
