(Match report)

An early strike by Alex was cancelled out and overhaul by Star FC's fluent and creative play which eventually ended in MWFC's horror by the wide scoreline of 1-5.

With limited players available for the game, MWFC opted to have a more direct playing style with 4-5-1. However, just after Star FC's equaliser before half time, a collision of heads by Alex and the opponent's head left a bloody scene.

Alex was severely injured in the clash and an ambulance had to be called in for the situation.

MWFC was even more determined to get the lead back after losing a player at half time, but however the situation did not improve and MWFC was just defending their lungs off the overwhelming play by Star FC.

Having met Star FC during last season (1 win, 1 draw against them), they have changed and improved alot and was proven too much to handle for MWFC.

Shots was pouring in and MWFC wasn't at its best day as a whole defensive unit and they have conceded many.

This scoreline was certainly deserving for the winning side as MWFC seeks to improve and pick up their pace after back-to-back defeats. Lets work harder and achieve what we can do and not under perform our capabilities!
