Team Report
This time around USSR had a good players turnaround - 13 people made it to the game. We started the game in high spirit keeping pressure on Ike Ike's defence. The pressure paid off when a throw-in was chested by Samir, a quick one-two with Pasha V followed taking Samir practically one-on-one with the goalkeeper. Samir's shot was low and into the corner: 1-0. USSR had several more chances to score getting some nice saves from the goalkeeper and hitting the post once but 1st half ended 1-0. Second half started in a more reserved manner. The game shifted to the middle of the pitch and Ike Ike started to create some opportunities. They have finally scored due to our goalkeeper mistake with a nice low shot from behind the box. 1-1 USSR made couple of changes after the goal and started to attack more, again we hit a post once. Luckily, towards the end of the game we have earned a penalty which was coolly converted by Samir. 2-1 the final score. MoM for us to Samir (2 goals) and to No.9 in Ike Ike's team for constant pressure on our defence.
