With wanting to take revenge against Marceles, Dboys fielded a strong team. As usual, Dboys were the one who were dominating Marceles. Dboys threw everything they could at Marceles, but they stood firm. The first goal came from a set piece for Marceles. A scramble by Dboys defence allowed Marceles to score from a tap in. But despite that, Dboys knew this was not Marceles day. The half time talk by Manager Imda and Captain Viknesh revived the burning fire in Dboys. Dboys then started the half with zest. Marceles had their keeper and their defence to thank for an onslaught. The goal came via Siva. A through ball from Reshi sent Siva through on goal. However, he was brought down by Marceles defender inside the box. Though there was a suspicion of diving, the referee gave the penalty. Captain Viknesh then stepped up and calmly slotted the penalty on the right top hand corner. 1-1 and 7 minutes to go. Dboys then uped their tempo. Another through pass to Siva towards goal was then halted by Marceles defence but this time round it was outside the box. Aravin then took the free kick which hit the wall straight. The referee then blowed his whistle and pointed to the spot. The Marceles defender had handled the ball when the free kick hit the wall. Despite arguing with the referee, the referee was firm with his decision. Captain Viknesh then stepped up again to take the penalty. Despite the pressure surrounding him, he slotted the penalty in the same direction as the previous one and gave the lead to Dboys. With 2 mins to go, Dboys stood firm and frustrated their opponents till the final whistle to hold on to the win.
