Norizwan was not in the game at all ‘J’ walking most of the time when defending, Bo and Ojib lost of ideas on how to turn round the game and regain advantage to dish out supports to attacking players.

Thinking back while writing this assay, I should have form a (4:3:3) formation to strengthen the midfields as three stoppers on defensive, while on countering as sub-playmakers as distributors role when we are on an attacking positions. I believe three midfields Ojib, Adi, Bo would be strong enough to stop and counter on the attack for the three strikers Idzhar, Azrin, Norizwan, and generate the supporting moves at the same time as one attacking units. I have demonstrated for the past two games even though Newtons are struggling getting enough players to start up on every match. The three midfields possess power over controlling and containing the midfields area, when in counter quick to respond on attacking strike. This will allow instant maneuver to channel distributions to the three strikers when the two wingers opens wide from their assisting defense to create passing channels for the attacks.

Syahdirwan for Azrin on the 25th minutes and push Norizwan up in striker and Syahdirwan left wings. Underestimate the strength Newton must learn from this match experience to improve and better equip in the future matches. Alfian and Don were great combined MOM!
