Under scorching hot weather, and as the whistle blown, both teams charging against each other to open the score. Our 1st leg meet up with Espanyol Elite, they proved to show good elite squad. Grampus grab the opportunity 1st with the opening goal from Ajak early in the 15 mins when our Sarawak imported player, Herman send in a beautiful cross from the corner n Ajak finished it clinically. HT E.E 0-1 Grampus.
In the 10 mins of the 2nd half, Razie made it 2 for us but still E.E never gave up n scored their deserved only goal of the day.
