Wet day for a game
T89 came full force while Matador started short.
T89 started attack but couldnt break Matador till 15mins thru some passes Luke put the ball in.
That opened the gates. Julio 20th then Andrew 25th.

Started with less chances for T89. Till 60th Julio. 70th Nigel then 80th Andrew. But T89 missed some clear chances with some great shots at goal.
Matador was tired due to lack of subs. But great sporting opponents.

Very forgettable day for Matador on a rainy wet pitch. New year's eve were on a lot of Matador players as most of the regulars could not turn up for the game. Matador played the entire 1st half with only 10 men on the pitch. It went downhill from the 1st minute of the game as attacks after attacks from T89 could not be stop by Matador. It was 6-0 to T89 in the 1st half.
Matador got 11 men at the start of the 2nd half and they put more men in the defensive backline to try to stop T89 from scoring more goals. However T89 still managed to hit 3 goals in the 2nd half from some defensive error from goalie and the backline. Ultimately, Matador players were already not in good spirits after the 1st half and wanted the game to end soon.
I couldn't remember we put in a very bad game. A bad new year's eve for Matador FC..
