Two undefeated sides faced each other for the first time and expected an evenly contested match. T89 started the game in attacking mode. Few shots were fired early on but were saved by Adi-Dogg GK (MOTM). Both teams failed to find the opener in the first half.
In the second half, T89 began to apply more pressure and pressed on Adi-Dogg’s backline. As the game went on, Adidogs showed some signs of fatique and T89 striker James managed to put one in after a series of one touch passes (T89 1-0 2nd half 27th minutes). T89 continued to press and sealed the victory when T89 winger Kelvin scored a beautifully struck goal in the 35th minute in the second half.
