Dboys came into the game with a 3 game winning streak. Despite not knowing much about their opponents, Dboys knew that the opponents were good enough to grab a win against Dboys.
The team consists of 3 debutantes; Ismail, Casper and Viki.

The game was started off brightly by Dboys. Holding the the lion-share of possession, the first goal through Niresh. An excellent dribble down the left wing by Sasi who then laid the ball just infront of the goal post for Niresh to tap in to make it 1-0. Soon, Dboys were running riot. The 2nd goal came from Reshi. A beautiful link-up play between Niresh and Sasi on the left wing resulted in Sasi putting in a cross for Reshi to head into the net with the keeper trailing. 2-0 to Dboys and the boys were enjoying their play. However, the excitement did not last long when a mix-up between Azar and Casper at the back allowed the opponents to have a 1-1 with Dboys keeper, in which he converted it to make it 2-1. Dboys then picked themselves up. Casper, who was playing centre-back, picked out Niresh with a beautiful 50 yard pass in which the latter ran behind the last defender to collect the pass and to finish it precisely beyond the keeper. Just 5 mins before half-time, the 4th goal came through Captain Viknesh. An in-swinging corner by Reshi which met Viknesh at the end of the 6-yard far post in which he out-jumped all the players by a head ahead of them. The header went straight into the top right hand corner giving Dboys a massive lead. However, excitements were short lived when BP FC got another goal to make it 4-2 just seconds away from half time.

The 2nd half started in BP FC's favor. The home-side dominated possession for the first 10 mins keeping Dboys at bay. However, a quick counter attack by Viki and Joseph gave Joseph to sprint down the left wing to cross the in for Debutant Ismail to slot it into the net. What a debut to start with. With the game at 5-2, Dboys decided to go for more. Mohan, who was lively throughout the game scored a goal from outside the box with a fierce left foot shot which was assisted by Reshi's through pass. However, the goal of the day came from Ismail. Another 45 yard by Casper, which was controlled by Ismail. He smartly used his body to wade off the opponents defender and lobbed the ball from outside the box over the on rushing Goal Keeper. 7-2 to Dboys, the final score.

Captain Viknesh was very delighted with the win. A 4 games winning streak and at the moment top of the table was a very delightful moment for the Dboys Faithful. With another 5 games to play and 3 points ahead the 2nd place team, Dboys are looking good to keep that position to themselves. However, they will definitely be looking for revenge against Team LP whom they have to play 1 more time. There are some left over scores to settle.
