Team Report

Another forgettable outing for Matador FC against T89.
The first encounter went 9-0 in favour of T89.
The final score says all about Matador FC nightmare. We thought we could cope and control the game after leading 2-1 at some point of the game. But as T89 got a grip of their game plan, it all went downhill for Matador FC. The defence could not contain attacks after attacks from T89.
T89 even managed to score 3 quick goals within 6 torrid minutes for Matador FC. Fairly to the boys, they kept their discipline and not do anything rash to vent their frustrations.

Team Report

This fixture was played on a very small sized pitch. T89 had a sloppy start and made a number of mistakes early on.  An early mistake by T89 center back allowed Matador to get a 1-0 lead.  T89 quickly came back with forward Luke tying the game at 1-1.  In the 13th minute, T89 goalkeeper made a mistake dealing with a highball and allowed Matador to take the lead again at 2-1.  However, Matador was a bit short-handed in this affair and had limited number of substitutes.  Matador began to run out of steam and their defensive line to loosen up.  T89 took advantage and scored 13 straight goals to ended the game with a score of 14-2.
