Team Report

1st Half;
Since the lost to Socceritez, I am feeling uncertain of what my young talents is going to produce! Yet still have the trust and believes in them to surprise the odds. With Baby, Bo Yanni, Nazar and Amirul 4 seniors assisting them the match kick off with both sides produces interesting football. Although Newtons control the game in this few minutes, Schwarz Star defended well with precise counter attacks has kept Newtons defense on their toes Nazar commanded well with Kumar ‘understudying’ the role performs incredibly outstanding with the back-up of Ravin and new boy Arian ‘preferred role centre defense’. Not forgetting the versatility play maker and stopper Harith and Alfian in keeping the in-check of the play area controlling the midfields area busy. Stopping the attacking play from Schwarz Star spilling over to the defenders and attribute command play from the centre dishing out Newton’s attacking speed from the two flanks Norizwan and Nashrin. When in the 31st minutes corner taken by Norizwan to Harith inside the box attempt header into the goal mouth rattled the goal post only for the ball to be headed into goal by Adi from one meter out, 0-1 Adi. Newtons speed continues Bo and Baby dispatching tries equally when Norizwan broke to square for Nashrin clear shot from his run in to side netting in frustration. Considering the level of the game it is very interesting when more seniors are available assisting this young team with the awareness reality to absorb their effort without the seniors and experience players. They have to grow-up when the time to handle the game maturely. Bo Yanni the league top scorer twice effortlessly misses the half chances at the goal scoring chance to his top scorer chart. Baby on the other hand created few chances of his own with first timer just whiskers over the bar I am sure if he work more on his practice fine tuning to perfection would have been different. Over all both sides perform very high quality match though Newtons slightly edge a bit better, good half for the Newtons. Alfian subs for Syahdirwan when Red noticed that he was out of breath lacking of stamina. Same with Baby request to be subs for Adi for the same reason.
2nd Half;
Leading at 0-1 into the second half, Newtons increase pressure pounding attacks from the two play maker Harith and Syahdirwan. Opening up the wings attack on their speed with the responsive support from Bo Yanni distributing his split passes when he realizes that his chance at goal was not meant to be this time round instead uses his vision to assists on another areas to contribute the fare share of the game. Kumar for Nazrin on the left back while Arian centre back with Nazar, Norizwan for Rasull and Ravin for Hilmi. Three changes made and Hilmi performs better than the last game with Socceritez. Read early on interception does not wait for the ball to bounce. He is fast running back to cover his position. Rasull on the other hand still did not blend in as a team as yet, wasted few chances at goals. Arian his usual position displays authority yet still much more to see from him just his second match with Newtons. Hopefully, he can be understudy partnering with Kumar and Nazar. Very satisfactory with his performance: good size, built and strength. Four minutes into the second half, Adi doubled Newtons lead from his miscued left foot volley deflected on to his right foot somehow its way into the back of the net, 0-2 Adi. Nashrin and Norizwan work well on the flank understood each other to switch playing attention constantly on their edge to intercept the next move on their attacking charge. Defensively Nazar command tremendously good with Arian and later Kumar subs for Arian. The back four was solid considering when Nazrin the U18s took his chance overlapping from the left back position. Syahdirwan and Harith continues an excellent stopper and play maker and the efforts to uphold through out even when Baby return subs for Harith and Aris subs for Syahdirwan. Team work and urgency character makes the whole game interesting by Newtons through out demands discipline which is very hard to develop in a team. Hykal J subs for Adi a loyal team player once use to be a good striker has serve in defense and develop a powerful defend. At injury time Kumar penalize for a foul Schwarz Star awarded penalty and nicely converted for a consolation 1-2 the final score. Good result for the Newtons.
