(Match report)
With a 5-1 scoreline victory in the previous meet up between the two sides, it was never going to an easy game to match up when the opponents would definitely be at their best to reclaim back what was loss.
Match was started off well and it was evenly matched between the two sides. Just 15minutes into the game, Lionheart found themselves leading the game after MWFC's keeper lost his footing and conceded a long shot.
After losing a goal due to an individual error, MWFC was even more determined to get back into the game but however opportunities wasn't capitalised and Wolves were still chasing the game.
Kenny was awarded a second yellow after two bad tackle situations but was still awarded the MOM for the game as his performance was deem outstanding and influential to MWFC side.
With few minutes just left for the game, MWFC was bombarding attacks but an equalizer was never seen coming. And worst off, Lionheart caught Wolves offguarded with a quick counter attack and the second goal was conceded. Overall, this game could have been a more favourable position for MWFC if we played as a team and not 11 players for the whole match and not just in the second half.
6th loss of the season, but MWFC will never give up on their passion. Lets try to achieve better results in the next game!

Team Report

The Lions were fired up. We know we can beat the Wolves after improving progressively since the 2nd round of matches and we've shown consistency in our game.

An early goal by Neng gave the Lions the advantage by applying pressure on the Wolves. However, the Wolves were not about to lose for the 6th time running. They've beaten us before, and maybe that was what gave them belief.

It wasn't until the 75th minute, when Iwan speared into the heart of the Wolves for us to hold on to a deserved 2-nil win, propelling us to 4th place! The target for promotion is getting brighter for us.
